Wholesale purchases, sale and gift items, tropicals, grasses, annuals & perennials are not guaranteed. Retail trees and shrubs are guaranteed for one year, provided there is adequate irrigation. Deer damage & acts of God are not guaranteed. A receipt and the dead plant are required for an even exchange or store credit. Replacements for planting jobs include the cost of the plants only. Labor and delivery charges are not included. If the exact plant or size is not in stock, substitutions and adjustments will be made. Replacements are not guaranteed and are scheduled according to our workload. A 3% service charge will be applied on all cancelled orders.
